* Ensure that your files are submitted as a ready-to-print transfer. This means sending a PNG or PDF file with all your logos and artwork, with a completely transparent background to guarantee accurate printing.

We are not responsible for the quality of prints if low-resolution or poor-quality files are provided.
If a print-ready PNG file is not provided, your order will be canceled and refunded.
