Quick answers about artwork, DTF transfers, fabrics, gang sheets, pressing and order support.
For the best print quality, we recommend a PNG file with a transparent background at 300 DPI and sized at the dimensions you want printed. Please make sure your artwork is clean, high-resolution and ready to print.
No. Please do not mirror your artwork. Upload your design in the normal viewing direction and we will handle the printing process correctly.
DTF transfers work well on many fabrics, including cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends and other compatible materials. We recommend testing when working with specialty or heat-sensitive garments.
For most applications, we recommend approximately 300–310°F for 15 seconds using medium to firm pressure. Allow the transfer to cool for about 10–15 seconds before peeling , then cover with parchment or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds.
Yes. You can upload a print-ready gang sheet as long as it matches the size selected when ordering. Make sure all artwork is properly arranged, has a transparent background and is ready to print.
Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. Minor issues may sometimes be identified before production, but artwork corrections cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your resolution, sizing, spelling, backgrounds and design placement before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
