Warm your heat press to 300 F / 160 C
Medium pressure for 9-13 seconds.
Pressure about 13 lbs
Allow 10 seconds to cool before peeling
Cold Peel / Hot Peel

Care Instructions
Wash items inside out in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron directly on the design.
