We founded Mitten Made Custom Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values and we know that the better our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy. Our store policies are detailed below. Refunds

All sales are final due to customizations. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Turnaround time:

We ship DTF Transfers and Gang sheets the same day if your order is placed by 1:30pm EST. Each Item is custom made by us!  Mitten Made Custom Designs LLC will not be responsible for delays caused by USPS.
